1. Finish Your Curries (Best Method)
Add ½ teaspoon at the end of cooking to dals, paneer, chicken or vegetable curries.
Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to release its full aroma.
2. Elevate Everyday Sabzi
Sprinkle a pinch over aloo, bhindi, lauki or mixed vegetables just before turning off the flame.
3. For Royal Gravies
Add while sautéing onions & tomatoes for richer dishes like shahi paneer or kofta to build depth of flavour.
4. In Rice & Pulao
