Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched.

  • Once an order is handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only initiated in cases of damaged goods, missing items (subject to verification), or if the order is canceled within the permitted timeframe.

  • Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

​​

  • Incomplete Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer, a refund will be issued after deducting the two-way shipping costs.
