The Taste of Tradition, Passed Down

Every bite of good food carries a memory. For us, that memory is rooted in the rich, complex aromas drifting from our mother’s kitchen—a symphony of spices carefully selected, perfectly roasted, and lovingly ground.

This sensory journey is the heart of Iya Spices & More. We exist to bottle that profound connection to home and heritage. Our blends are not just ingredients; they are pure nostalgia, handcrafted with the same meticulous care and deep respect for tradition that defined generations of Indian cooking.

In a modern world where convenience often compromises quality, we stand by purity. We use No Preservatives and No Additives. Just the vibrant, honest goodness of premium spices, ensuring that when you use an Iya blend, you’re not just cooking a meal—you’re recreating the authentic taste of the home you remember and spreading the warmth of that tradition to your own family.

Anita Kulshrestha:
Spreading the Authentic Flavour of Motherhood.

The inspiration for Iya Spices & More began not in a business plan, but in a memory—the unforgettable, fragrant air of our founder, Anita Kulshrestha's, childhood kitchen. It was here, watching her mother expertly mix and blend whole spices, that Anita first learned the true secret to authentic Indian food: purity, patience, and love.

Now, as a mother herself, Anita understands the deep desire to provide wholesome, flavourful, and authentic meals for her family. She recognized a gap: a lack of easily accessible, truly homemade-quality spice blends for busy cooks who still crave that traditional taste.

Driven by this dual passion—to honour her mother’s culinary heritage and to simplify cooking for the modern parent—Anita launched Iya Spices. Every handcrafted blend is a direct tribute to the wisdom passed down to her. Her mission is simple: to share the pure, wholesome, and authentic taste of her mother’s kitchen with yours, ensuring that everyone can easily bring the comfort and complexity of traditional Indian cuisine to their table.
