What is the word ‘Parantha’ remind you of? To me, It just takes me back to my childhood, my tiffin box always had some or the other kind of parantha be it aloo, paneer or sometimes made with leftover dal.
Even today Parantha is our constant companion for our travels, lunch boxes for schools and offices. Handover a roll of paratha to a toddler and they will finish it in no time, it is that easy to carry and you can never get bored of it as it can be made in so many variations aloo, methi, paneer, pyaz, dal, mooli.. oh I can keep going on.
