Chai Masala
Classic Masala Chai
Add a pinch (¼ teaspoon) while boiling tea with water and milk. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to release its full aroma.
Kadak Ginger Chai
Brew with fresh ginger and tea leaves for a stronger, warming cup.
Iced Spiced Tea
Brew strong black tea with a pinch of Chai Masala, strain and cool. Add ice, a touch of honey or jaggery, and a squeeze of lemon for a refreshing spiced iced tea.
Spiced Milk
Add to warm milk with a touch of honey for a comforting drink.
